Cost effective reconfiguration of the kitchen and addition of a loft extension make the house a successful family home

Plimsoll Road is a 3 storey Victorian town house. The project was done on a low budget. The ground floor kitchen was reconfigured white retaining the existing footprint. The loft extension was done under permitted development rights and uses high quality low maintenance zinc cladding.
